Q. How May Days Should I Cleanse?
A. Always try to do what feels like a “yes” for you. A Cleanse should be a positive experience and something that leaves you feeling energized. If you’ve never had a juice before, start out with a 1 Day Cleanse. This will give you a wonderful sense of accomplishment and empower you to follow a more supportive diet. A 1 Day Reset is also a great choice if you like to Cleanse often, like once or twice a month. A day of fresh pressed juice each Monday can be an excellent way to start the week off right!
If you drink Green Juice and/or have Cleansed in the past, a 2 or 3 Day Cleanse will provide a deeper level of detoxification. Cleansing beyond a 1 Day allows you to lower your cravings for sugar, increase your energy, help balance your PH, decrease inflammation and enhance your digestion. The longer that you commit to a juice cleanse, the more of an impact it will have on your body.
