Ask the President. How do you maintain a healthy diet when you’re always on the go?

As the President and CEO of both LizzyJays Juice and my own beverage consulting company, I, like you, work long hours. I am frequently in lengthy meetings all over the tri-state area. I am often asked, “How do you maintain a healthy diet?” Every morning, I pack my LizzyJays cooler with 2-4 juices, two of them always being a Crisp Greens and Pineapple Pleaser as well as fresh fruit and veggies in addition to LizzyJays alkaline water. I keep my juice and food cold with my LizzyJays ice packs (that come with your delivery of juices) and am all set for my long day on the road and in meetings.
